VCC Preschool & Daycare Motto

Purpose

Our preschool/daycare offers a Christian environment to nurture and educate children. Guided by the motto "Love Grows Here," we teach Biblical principles and Christian love while supporting physical, emotional, social, creative, intellectual, and spiritual growth. Staff are trained in Early Childhood Education, meet state licensing requirements, and engage in ongoing professional development to provide loving, informed care.

Philosophy

We base our childcare on Christian principles from the Bible, believing every child is a special gift to be loved as Jesus modeled. Our slogan, "Love Grows Here," reflects this. We provide developmentally appropriate early learning tailored to each child’s needs, fostering physical, emotional, social, creative, intellectual, and spiritual growth in a safe environment. Care and education are a shared ministry of the school, church, staff, family, and child. VCC Preschool also meets local, county, and state standards, with Valley Community Chapel ensuring compliance.

Goals

The goal of VCC Preschool is to provide a Christian environment where the whole child can be nurtured and educated. God and His love for us are not just limited to “Bible time" but are included in all areas of study throughout the day. Our primary goals are to provide: Opportunities for Christian growth through Bible stories, songs, and Chapel time. Activities for the child that help build a positive foundation for future social, physical and academic interests. Opportunities to develop self-esteem and self-confidence. Time for children to work and play cooperatively and develop social relationships.
